Job summary

Mulberry is opening a brand-new store in the UK and seeks a Team Lead to shape the customer experience from day one. You will lead by example, coach colleagues, and deliver an engaging, high-energy environment that reflects the Mulberry Spirit.

In this role you will nurture a welcoming team, build lasting customer relationships, and work with store leadership to drive growth, inclusivity, and exceptional service across every interaction.

Mulberry is delighted to be opening a brand-new store and we are looking for an inspiring Team Lead to join us from 1 November and play a key role in supporting the team and creating an exceptional customer experience from day one.
