Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Kingston upon Thames, UK, is seeking a Store Manager to drive store performance, people, and operations. Lead from the front and embody the Levi’s brand to create a high-performing, inclusive environment where both people and business thrive.

You will own the store’s P&L, drive KPIs, coach a diverse team, manage stock, payroll, rotas, and admin, and recruit and develop leaders to strengthen the brand and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive KPIs and control costs.
• Proven ability to develop, engage, and retain high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, people processes, and employee relations.
• Operational knowledge across stock, admin, payroll, and compliance.
