Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Cambridge is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team and drive the store’s performance.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to deliver strong sales, maintain stock integrity, and ensure excellent customer service on the shop floor. You will coach and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and uphold Levi’s brand standards, while taking on store responsibility in the manager’s absence.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proven track record of hitting KPIs and sales targets.
  • Strong operations experience covering stock, payroll, rotas, and admin tasks.
  • Excellent customer service and brand representation.

Responsibilities

  • Support Store Manager in delivering sales and profit opportunities.
  • Drive daily/weekly performance with clear targets, floor leadership, and commercial focus.
  • Monitor KPIs, run reports, and support action plans to improve results.
  • Take ownership of store operations including stock, payroll, rotas, admin.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team through training and product knowledge.
