Job summary

Caffe8 Nero Hastings is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy, customer-facing team and own store operations. You will deliver excellent service, manage costs and staffing, and maintain high standards across front and back-of-house areas.

The role offers full-time permanent employment with comprehensive training, performance-based bonuses, and career progression opportunities within our UK network. Passion for coffee and guest experience is essential.

• Performance related bonus of between £3,500 - £5,500 per annum (dependant on role and store).
