Job summary

Caffè Nero is seeking an Assistant Manager in the United Kingdom to support the Store Manager, coach and develop staff, and deliver excellent customer service across all shifts. You will help drive standards, manage daily operations, and ensure a personalised guest experience while upholding brand values.

The starter rate in this location is £12.91 per hour, rising to £13.06 with service, with training and career development opportunities, plus staff discounts and benefits.

• Support the Store Manager with training, coaching and managing their team to drive standards and performance.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Lead by example and provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!
