Job summary

Caffè Nero is seeking a Store Manager to own and run a busy store in the UK, delivering excellent service and strong operational standards. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure top quality coffee experiences for every customer.

• Pride themselves on keeping customers happy through fantastic service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Grow and develop their teams by training, coaching and leading them by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Keep the customer and back‑of‑house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Always strive for excellence!

What you can expect:

• Performance related bonus of between £3,500 - £5,500 per annum (dependant on role and store).
