Job summary

Caffè Nero in the UK invites experienced leaders to become Store Managers who own the store, drive exceptional service and maintain high operating standards daily.

You will train and coach teams, oversee stock and safety, deliver great coffee and personalised guest experiences, and contribute to the brand’s growth across locations in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Our aim is simple: through great coffee and brilliant service, we want to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Our Store Managers take ownership of their own store, providing excellent customer service and operational standards. They:

• Pride themselves on keeping customers happy through fantastic service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Grow and develop their teams by training, coaching and leading them by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Keep the customer and back‑of‑house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Always strive for excellence!

What you can expect:

• Performance related bonus of between £3,500 - £5,500 per annum (dependant on role and store).
