Coffee#1 Ltd. in Plymouth is seeking an enthusiastic experienced manager who is passionate about coffee & cake and delivering great customer service while developing and supporting their team.

This role involves opening and closing the store, flexible hours between 5am and 7pm, and lone-working scenarios. Full training will be provided in-store and at Coffee Academies to help you lead with confidence.

• Experience not required; full training provided in-store and at Coffee Academies
• Must be flexible to work between 5am and 7pm, including opening/closing the store and lone-working situations

Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic experienced manager, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service whist developing and supporting their team.

This role requires flexibility over working between the hours of 5am and 7pm which includes opening and closing the store, which may involve lone working.

No experience in Coffee is needed as full training with be provided in store and at one of our Coffee Academies!
