Job summary

You will own the department’s KPI, budgets and strategic initiatives, while coaching managers and ensuring a compliant trading environment. A strong background in high-volume trade and customer-focused leadership is essential.

• Proven experience as a Store/Branch/Department Manager or senior equivalent in builders’ merchants, trade, or high-volume retail.

The Role

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will take full ownership of a large flagship branch, leading sizeable teams and playing a critical role in overall branch performance.

Service, availability and commercial standards are the lifeblood of the business and your ability to create engaged, high-performing teams will be central to success.

You will have the platform to influence, improve and innovate within your department, while operating in a business that values pace, common sense and hands-on leadership.

Ideal Candidate
