Job summary

Costa Coffee Swadlincote is recruiting a Store Manager for the new Darklands Drive Thru. Up to £40,000 per annum, permanent position in a brand that values customer service and team spirit.

You’ll lead daily operations, drive sales and service, recruit and develop staff, and create an engaging store environment that embodies the Costa buzz. Candidates with strong leadership, growth mindset, and resilience will thrive in this role.

• Meeting all customer needs and driving a strong customer service culture to drive positive NPS, as well as working in the local community to identify and welcome new customers
• Creating the perfect setting that customers want to come back to again and again
• Taking ownership with brilliant management of sales, profit, our teams, and recognition
• Training and developing your team to become the best they can be
