Job summary

Heart of England Co-operative Society in the Heart of England area is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead your own store, develop a successful team and deliver outstanding customer service. You'll coach your colleagues, drive sales and operational excellence, recruit and retain talent, and manage stock, labour and costs while maintaining high merchandising and food-safety standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real community impact.

Qualifications
