The Co-operative Food in Cambridge is seeking a Store Manager for The Marque to lead a busy Co-op store in the community. This permanent, full-time role places you in charge of store performance, people leadership, and delivering a first-rate shopping experience for customers and members.

You'll own recruitment and HR decisions, drive commercial results, and ensure safe, compliant operations. The role includes a competitive salary and a strong benefits package.

Salary: £33,280

Contract: Permanent

Take the lead in your own Co-op store as a Store Manager, with full responsibility for making a difference in your community.
