Job summary

Deichmann Shoes is seeking a Store Manager for our Corby branch. The role offers a base salary of £32,500 per year plus monthly commission and annual bonuses, with full-time permanent contracts.

The successful candidate will be flexible to work across the week and lead a high-volume retail team to deliver exceptional customer service. Start date is immediate, and the store requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate resources, drive performance, and maintain company standards in merchandising

Purpose : Deichmann Shoes have an exciting opportunity to join our growing business – working as a Store Manager for our Corby Branch.

Working as a Store Manager for Deichmann, you will be offered a competitive salary of £32,500 per annum + monthly commission and annual bonuses.

This is a full time, permanent position and you therefore must be fully flexible to work across the week.

Ideal candidate : Already demonstrating a superior level of performance within their own store, the successful candidate will have the right mix of managerial and technical aptitudes in order to drive performance.

You will have previous experience of working as a Store Manager in fast paced, high volume retail setting.

You must be able to problem solve and think on your feet, alongside this you will be a people person, have the ability to plan and co-ordinate resources and be passionate about the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key activities

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
