Job summary

Deichmann Shoes is seeking a Store Manager for our Corby branch. The role offers a base salary of £32,500 per year plus monthly commission and annual bonuses, with full-time permanent contracts.

The successful candidate will be flexible to work across the week and lead a high-volume retail team to deliver exceptional customer service. Start date is immediate, and the store requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate resources, drive performance, and maintain company standards in merchandising

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager in fast paced, high volume retail.
• Ability to plan and coordinate resources.
• Proven capability to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead by example in promoting and upselling products.
• Drafting rotas to align with payroll budgets.
• Stock management and inventory control.
• Analyse sales figures and reports to drive performance.
• Ensure company standards in merchandising and administration.
• Work to targets and KPI’s.
• Assist with recruitment and development of the team.
