We are looking for an experienced Store Manager for a large site near Rayleigh in Essex.

As an ideal candidate, you will already be a Store or Senior Retail Manager and have a real passion for delivering great sales and service. You will need to be a people person and team player, and your excellent commercial skills will enable you to engage and inspire our team.

Key Responsibilities for This Store Manager Role:

• Maximising sales and performance across all KPIs through building a highly engaged and high-performing team
• Having full autonomy for the running of the store, planning and implementing promotions, and building links with the local community
• Leading from the front with a hands-on approach to create an exceptional place to work and shop
• Ensuring the store delivers excellent standards of merchandising, stock control, and customer experience to inspire all ages
