• Managing cash balances and minimizing wastage.
• Ensuring 100% compliance with Subway and local council guidelines.
• Inventory management, stock control, weekly stock takes, and reporting.
• Analyzing sales and inventory reports to improve business performance.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
• Implementing in-store marketing and promotional materials.
• Following safety procedures to prevent injuries.
• Providing a safe environment for staff and customers.
