Job Opportunity: Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for a large site near Rayleigh in Essex.

The ideal candidate will be a Store or Senior Retail Manager with a passion for delivering excellent sales and customer service. You should be a people person and a team player, with strong commercial skills to engage and motivate your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and performance across all KPIs by building a highly engaged and high-performing team.
• Have full autonomy over store operations, including planning and implementing promotions and building local community links.
• Lead from the front with a hands-on approach to create an exceptional place to work and shop.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards in merchandising, stock control, and customer experience.
