Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Northallerton is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll be accountable for store performance, driving sales, coaching a team and delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.

Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential as you balance commercial decisions with stock control, standards, and KPI delivery to maximise profit and growth for the store.
