Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy retail environment in the Lincoln area. You will be accountable for store performance, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential as you oversee a fast-paced operation. Initially in a Designate role covering the Lincoln area, the role may travel across the region to support multiple stores.
