We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with a passion for luxury to lead our Bridgend store!

Position Details:

• Role: Store Manager – Full Time
• Location: Bridgend
• Hours per Week: 37.5 (Permanent)
• Salary: £32,000 - £33,000

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the store demonstrating a will to win, passion for people, and high standards of execution
• Utilize strategic and analytical thinking to maximize business opportunities and drive sales, KPIs, and profit
• Create a sensorial customer journey aligned with our service principles
• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching and training

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 2 years retail management experience
• Experience in fragrance and beauty retail is preferable
• Excellent communicator and engaging leader
• Proven commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
• Customer-centric mindset
• Flexible working arrangements including some travel
