Job Description:

As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential!

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, achieve performance targets, and demonstrate effective leadership. You’ll lead by example, coaching your team to deliver excellent customer service.

You’ll also set daily objectives, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and daily operations, and foster employee wellbeing and engagement through regular one-on-one meetings and genuine connections with your team by celebrating successes!

Please note this role is based in Swansea.
