Job summary

Costa Coffee in Helensburgh is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and deliver a superb customer experience. You will own the store’s performance, mentor your team, and uphold Costa’s standards.

With a focus on growth and brand representation, you will engage with the local community, manage rosters, stock and costs, and contribute to Costa’s continued success. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive package and employee benefits.
