Job summary

Costa Coffee in Bath is seeking a Store Manager to own the store, drive service excellence, and lead a team with energy and integrity. You’ll set standards, protect brand guidelines and deliver outstanding guest experiences every day.

You’ll shape the customer journey from welcome to service recovery, drive sales and profitability, plan rosters and training, and develop your people to reach their full potential within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
