JD Group is seeking a Store Manager to own store performance, culture, and daily execution. You will drive leadership, coaching, and operational excellence, creating a high-energy environment where colleagues grow and customers enjoy premium in-store experiences.

You will leverage real-time insights to adapt trading plans, maintain premium standards, and deliver strong sales while developing talent for future leadership roles within the business.

• Support and develop colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial performance.
• Use real-time performance insights and trading trends to make quick, commercial decisions that elevate store results and maximise every opportunity.
• Maintain the company’s premium operational and visual standards - ensuring product availability, impactful presentation, and a safe, compliant environment.
• Develop and grow talent within the store, providing coaching, structured feedback, and clear progression pathways to build future leaders.
• Proven experience in retail management with the ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.
• Strong leader with experience supporting, coaching and developing colleagues and driving store performance.
• Strong commercial awareness with strong capability in interpreting performance data, product trends, and customer behaviour.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, supporting strong teamwork, engagement, and professional customer interactions.
• Demonstrated success in delivering strong sales results and maintaining exceptional operational standards.
