Urban Outfitters in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Leadership role to oversee operations, drive store profitability and develop a high-performing team. You will hold total store accountability for sales, service, and loss prevention while fostering Urban culture and community relationships.

You will recruit and develop managers, roll out training and initiatives, and lead a team with strong communication and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior management role in fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail.
• Upholding excellent VIBE and a service-oriented culture.
• Ability to positively impact statistical results in sales, payroll and stock loss.
• Proven record of developing talented individuals at Department Manager level.
• Can demonstrate the ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions (back of house, scheduling, organisation).
• An appreciation and understanding of the Urban Outfitters culture and its appeal to the local market

Responsibilities

• Strategically recruit, train and develop managers to increase day-to-day productivity.
• Develop Assistant Store Manager and high-level Department Managers to support succession planning for future growth.
• Manage all aspects of people development including Performance Appraisals, Individual Development Plans, Coaching and Counselling and Disciplinary actions.
• Uphold Company standards and act as strong leader to the team.
• Empower management to conduct and execute productive daily and department meetings with clear agendas.
• Lead store operations, loss prevention, stock handling and safety.
• Oversee merchandising and floor sets in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
