You will recruit, train and coach a high-performing team, manage performance, and partner with Visual Merchandising to deliver compelling in-store experiences. This role emphasizes leadership, growth, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive sales, control payroll and manage stock loss.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large store team and recruit, train and develop managers.
• Drive daily operations to achieve sales, service, profitability and loss prevention targets.
• Lead communications and training initiatives; model a positive, customer-focused culture.
• Coach managers on performance development, appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and health & safety procedures.
