Urban Outfitters is seeking an experienced Store Manager to support the store manager in achieving strategic goals. You will oversee a large team, recruit and develop managers, and drive profitability and loss prevention across the store in White City, London.

You will lead performance development, coaching and training, ensuring excellent customer service, effective merchandising and adherence to company standards. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a strong retail culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a large team and managers.
• Strong focus on customer service and achieving store targets.
• Experience in performance development, coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Understanding of loss prevention, stock management and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large team and recruit, train and develop managers.
• Support store manager to achieve short and long-term goals and drive profitability.
• Conduct performance appraisals, development plans and coaching for staff.
• Lead daily/department meetings and rollout of training and initiatives.
• Manage customer service standards, merchandising, floor presence and stock levels.
• Ensure health & safety and loss prevention procedures are followed.
