Urban Outfitters Europe in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team at 13-17 Calverley Rd, TN11 XU. You will drive a high-energy, customer-focused environment, coaching staff and delivering strong store performance.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing talent, managing performance and standards, overseeing operations, merchandising, and health & safety compliance, while upholding URBN's culture and the VIBE philosophy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
• Strong operational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service and store standards.
• Recruit, coach and develop team members for growth.
• Manage performance development, appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee merchandising, stock management and visual presentation.
• Ensure store operations, safety and loss-prevention practices are followed.
• Collaborate with department managers to achieve sales targets.
