Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in a fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail environment.
• Strong operational skills and awareness of loss prevention.
• Ability to recruit, develop and lead a team to deliver store goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate, develop and lead a team.
• Conduct performance development, coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Uphold company standards and act as a positive role model to others.
• Lead productive daily meetings and delegate projects while empowering others.

• Manage department merchandising with the Department Manager for layout and standards.
• Utilise shop floor planning to reflect current fashion trends and floor sets.
