Job summary

Subway Mereway Northampton is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations in a busy franchise. A minimum of two years in a QSR supervisory role is required, with strong communication and a hands-on leadership style.

You will coach and develop the store team, manage staffing and inventory, uphold food safety standards and brand guidelines, and drive sales through excellent service. This role reports to the franchise owner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a QSR environment with supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A-levels or equivalent (NVQ) or extensive QSR supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining business records and analysing records to manage the business.
• Communicating changes of food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensuring health and food safety codes are maintained and safety policies followed.
• Recruiting new staff members.
• Recognising and rewarding staff performance.
• Disciplinary action as required.
• Identifying prospective customers to promote sales.
• Planning events and promotions.
