Job summary

Subway IP Inc. is seeking a motivated leader to oversee store operations at Top Valley Road, Nottingham. You will coach the team, manage staffing levels, and ensure food safety and brand standards are upheld while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a QSR environment with supervisory experience, plus strong communication skills and a track record of developing staff and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a QSR environment with supervisory and training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A-levels or NVQ or extensive QSR supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining business records as outlined in the Operations Manual and analysing business records to manage the business
• Communicating changes of food preparations formulas, standards, etc. to staff
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives
• Ensuring that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and that company safety and security policies are followed
• Recruiting new staff members
• Recognition and reward of staff performance
• Disciplinary action as required
• Identifying and contacting prospective customers to promote sales
• Planning events and promotions
