Job summary

Starbucks EMEA is seeking a Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a dynamic store team and drive exceptional customer service while safeguarding profitability. You will own day-to-day operations, coach partners, and implement initiatives that strengthen the store’s results and partner experience.

We seek individuals who can adapt to a fast-paced environment, forecast demand, manage schedules, and inspire a diverse team to meet shared goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to champion company mission and values to deliver the Starbucks experience.
• Ability to understand the market, competition and opportunities to improve store profitability.

Responsibilities

• Execute store operations through your team during shifts, including opening/closing and weekend coverage.
• Analyse data and observations to inform decisions improving customer and store performance.
• Use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labour within budget and recruit diverse talent.
• Roll out new initiatives to drive operational excellence and business results.
• Provide coaching and development to partners and build strong working relationships.
