Responsabilidades

• Execute store operations through your team on scheduled shifts, ensuring opening/closing and weekend coverage.
• Analyse store data and observations to inform decisions improving customer and store performance.
• Work with store leaders to forecast and schedule to manage labour within budgets and recruit diverse talent.
• Roll out initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
• Develop partners through coaching and performance management; build strong relationships to understand needs.
• Set challenging goals to drive engagement and partner performance.
