Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking an ambitious Store Manager for one of our company-owned stores in the United Kingdom. You will lead and coach a team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain brand presentation, and ensure a fully compliant operating environment.

You will drive performance through team development, local promotions, and effective use of store data to maximise turnover while controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop store team to deliver outstanding service.
• Present the store in line with brand standards guidelines.
• Promptly resolve or report all issues affecting the customer experience.
• Communicate positively with colleagues, offering advice and assistance when needed.
• Build relationships with the local community to develop a positive representation of the brand.
• Analyse available management information to maximise store turnover and profitability.
• Ensure store control guidelines are followed by all team members.
• Encourage, plan and lead team participation in all promotional activity.
• Lead your store team to achieve all team and individual targets.
