Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering customer service excellence.
• Proven ability to drive performance against KPIs such as ATV and TPC.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and engage the team to meet trading plan objectives.
• Review store performance with the Cluster Manager and set actions.
• Maintain high safety, compliance and operational standards.
