Job summary

Pandora is seeking an organised, proactive Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations on the shop floor and in retail operations. You will inspire a high-performing team to beat targets and deliver world-class customer service.

You'll drive commercial performance, coach and develop staff, and manage daily tasks such as rotas, stock control, tills, and safety. Experience with leading brands and a passion for jewellery retail are a plus.
