Pandora is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to drive store operations and lead a high-performing team on the shop floor. You will model our selling ceremony, coach staff, and support the Store Manager to achieve commercial success and exceptional customer experiences.

You will inspire a culture of service, manage stock, rotas, and daily operations, and uphold brand guidelines while promoting Pandora values and initiatives across the store.
