• Support Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a safe, compliant store environment for colleagues and customers.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and day-to-day operations.
• Support cash handling and tills reconciliation process.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training of new staff.
• Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues to improve performance.
• Manage colleague schedules to ensure coverage and productivity.
• Engage with local community activities to support growth.
