GO Outdoors LTD is seeking a Retail Supervisor to help run the shop floor, uphold excellent service, and support teams across shifts. You will assist with daily operations, ensure presentation and brand standards are maintained, and contribute to achieving store performance targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as supervisor or team leader in retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills to guide colleagues on the shop floor.
• Attention to detail with high standards in service, presentation and store operations.
• Interest in retail trends and promoting company values and behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
