Job summary

ASICS EMEA in Bridgend is seeking a proactive Store Supervisor to lead in-store teams, drive customer service excellence, and uphold ASICS brand standards. You will support management in achieving sales targets, oversee merchandising, and ensure smooth daily operations across the store.

The role requires retail experience, strong communication skills in English, and flexibility to work outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Availability to occasionally work outside store opening times.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in building and maintaining customer relationships and carrying out everyday tasks.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and optimized checkout experiences.
• Support Store Associates on merchandising, presentation, and promotional activity standards.
• Liaise with store management to improve product flow processes.
• Manage back-of-house operations and share store cleaning duties as required.
