Job summary

ASICS EMEA in Bridgend is seeking a proactive Store Supervisor to lead in-store teams, drive customer service excellence, and uphold ASICS brand standards. You will support management in achieving sales targets, oversee merchandising, and ensure smooth daily operations across the store.

The role requires retail experience, strong communication skills in English, and flexibility to work outside standard hours.

As Store Supervisor, you’ll team up with store management to help our store in Bridgend to meet and exceed its sales targets. You’ll become a shining example of how to build and maintain customer relationships while maintaining the highest brand standards in selling, product presentation, and merchandising. You’ll ensure that everyday tasks are completed diligently while influencing the processes behind them. And with your guidance in product, people, and service planning, our store and its Sales Associates will become a model for the ASICS retail experience.

How You’ll Help Us.

Based at our in Bridgend and reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll:

• Lead by example in building and maintaining customer relationships and carrying out everyday tasks.

• Support Store Associates on merchandising, presentation, and promotional activity standards and ensure that all retail-related tasks are completed in good time.
• Liaise with store management to improve product flow processes.

• Experience working in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Availability to occasionally work outside store opening times.
