Job summary

ASICS in Bridgend is seeking a Store Supervisor to work with store management to meet and exceed sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and uphold brand standards in selling, product presentation, and merchandising.

You will guide store teams, support merchandising and promotions, ensure accurate cash handling, and help optimise checkout experiences while stepping up in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to multitask and work flexibly outside normal hours.

• Lead by example in building and maintaining customer relationships and carrying out everyday tasks.
• Ensure all cash handling is accurate and checkout experiences are optimised.
• Support Store Associates on merchandising, presentation, and promotional activity standards and ensure that all retail-related tasks are completed in good time.
• Liaise with store management to improve product flow processes.
• Manage back-of-house operations and share store cleaning duties where required.You're customer oriented. You strive to give customers what they expect and deserve from our stores.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
