Job summary

ASICS in Bridgend is seeking a Store Supervisor to work with store management to meet and exceed sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and uphold brand standards in selling, product presentation, and merchandising.

You will guide store teams, support merchandising and promotions, ensure accurate cash handling, and help optimise checkout experiences while stepping up in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to multitask and work flexibly outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in building and maintaining customer relationships and daily tasks.
• Ensure cash handling is accurate and checkout experiences are optimized.
• Support merchandising, presentation, and promotional activity standards.
• Liaise with store management to improve product flow.
• Oversee back-of-house operations and assist with store cleanliness.
