Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a Store Associate in Swindon to support the store management team and deliver exceptional customer service for our Sweaty Betty location. You will assist with opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, and merchandising to maintain a clean, well-presented store.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean store at all times.
• Act as a role model for the team and demonstrate a positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Work to achieve sales goals and KPIs and support local marketing efforts.
