Sweaty Betty is seeking a proactive retail professional to join our store team in Swindon. You will support daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, stock control and merchandising, while delivering authentic customer service that builds lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in retail sales and delivering great customer experiences.
• Experience in customer-facing roles; supervision helpful but not required.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment and handle changing tasks.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Genuine enthusiasm for Sweaty Betty brands and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in opening/closing, cash handling, stock control and merchandising.
• Act as a role model with a positive attitude and strong product knowledge.
• Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
• Assist in achieving sales goals and store KPIs through proactive selling and local marketing support.
• Perform duties as assigned by the store manager.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and inventory policies.
• Own stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to drive KPIs.
