Job summary

Sweaty Betty is seeking a passionate retail assistant to support the store team in Swindon. You will help with opening/closing, cash handling, stock control and provide outstanding customer service to create memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience and a customer-facing role.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team with opening, closing, cash-handling and stock control.
• Provide authentic customer service and build customer loyalty.
• Contribute to merchandising and achievement of store KPIs.
• Maintain store standards and health and safety compliance.
