Wolverine Worldwide Inc. is seeking a store associate for Sweaty Betty in the UK. You will support the store management in daily operations, deliver authentic customer service, open/close duties, cash handling, stock control, and merchandising to maintain a well-presented store.

You will role-model a positive attitude, share product knowledge, and strive to hit sales targets while ensuring policy compliance and store security. Seasonal and exclusive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management in all aspects of running the store, including opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
• Act as a role model for the team with a positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics by supporting local marketing efforts and store KPIs.
• Perform duties as assigned by the manager and maintain compliance with policies including health and safety regulations.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines.
• Contribute to and deliver on store KPIs.
