Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a Store Associate in Swindon, United Kingdom, to deliver authentic customer service, hit sales targets, and uphold the standards of Sweaty Betty within our brand portfolio.

You will greet customers, educate them on products, maintain visual merchandising, manage deliveries, and support loss prevention and health and safety procedures. This role comes with a clothing allowance, discounts, training, and bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
