Job summary

TALA is seeking a customer-focused retail assistant for a festive seasonal contract at Bicester Village. You will greet customers, offer styling advice, and process sales at the POS, upholding the brand's values.

Join a fashion-forward, English-speaking team and help maintain store presentation, stock, and service quality. This FTC runs from November 26 to January 27, with opportunities to learn about TALA's collections and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably fashion/activewear.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
• Natural problem-solver with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Visual merchandising instincts and attention to detail.
• Excellent multitasking in a fast-paced store environment.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Passionate about building customer relationships and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Embody and communicate brand philosophy and culture to customers.
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Offer product recommendations and styling advice based on preferences.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Process sales transactions using the store POS system.
• Maintain a visually appealing store layout and stock organisation.
• Follow brand guidelines for displays and promotions.
• Keep fitting rooms clean and organised.
• Assist in stock receiving, checks, and inventory monitoring.
• Report damaged or missing products and follow security procedures.
• Work with the team to meet sales targets and participate in trainings.
