Job summary
Sainsbury's in Coventry is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead store operations and deliver outstanding service from checkout to back of house. You will drive customer commitments, manage the front-end operation, and oversee petrol station if applicable.
You will develop people, coach teams, and steer performance against KPIs, ensuring scheduling and payroll accuracy. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, with a focus on delivering for customers

- Lead people management, performance, disciplinaries, and scheduling.
- Provide direction and support to colleagues to deliver for customers.
